CityScope AI is an AI-powered travel companion that identifies landmarks from photos, provides historical research, generates artistic postcards, and recommends city landmarks. The App uses artificial intelligence to help users discover and learn about landmarks around the world.

• Google Gemini AI: Your photos and text prompts are sent to Google's Gemini AI service to identify landmarks, research history, generate recommendations, and create artistic postcards. Google may process this data according to their privacy policy.
• Apple StoreKit: We use Apple's StoreKit framework to manage in-app subscriptions. Apple handles all transaction data and payment processing.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the App's services:

• Photos and Prompts: Processed in real-time and not stored on our servers after analysis is complete
• Generated Content: Stored locally on your device only; deleted when you clear history or uninstall the App
• Usage Data: Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes

CityScope AI processes your photos for landmark identification only.

We handle your photos with care:

• Photos are sent securely to our API for AI processing
• Photos are not stored on our servers after processing is complete
• We do not use your photos for training AI models
• Photos are stored locally on your device as part of your discovery history
• You can delete your photo history at any time through the App

11. International Users

CityScope AI is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located.

By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
