Lumina Wellness ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our mobile application.

We use Google's Gemini AI service to generate personalized wellness insights, cycle reports, AI chat responses, and (in Perimenopause Mode) correlation insights based on your logged data. The data sent to Gemini may include:
This data is sent to Google's servers only when you actively trigger an AI feature (such as tapping "Generate Cycle Report" or "Generate Correlations" or sending a chat message). Google processes this data according to its Gemini API terms of service. You must explicitly accept the in-app AI Data Consent screen before any AI feature is available; you can revoke consent at any time from the app's Settings.
In-app subscription purchases are handled by Apple's StoreKit 2. Apple processes your purchase information; we do not have access to your payment details. Your subscription status is checked locally on your device against Apple's StoreKit entitlement records — we do not transmit your subscription status to any third-party billing provider.
AI requests are routed through a Cloudflare Worker that we operate, which adds an authentication key before forwarding the request to Google Gemini. The Cloudflare Worker does not log or persist your data; it acts only as a secure relay so the API key never has to be stored in the mobile app.

When you use AI features, your request data is processed by Google Gemini, which may operate servers in the United States and other countries. By accepting the AI Data Consent screen and using AI features, you consent to the transfer of that request data to these locations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
