PearlCity LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the SilverVitality AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
SilverVitality AI is a fitness and wellness application designed specifically for adults aged 55 and older. The App provides personalized weekly health plans, diet tracking, and exercise recommendations tailored to the unique needs of senior citizens.

Privacy at a Glance: SilverVitality AI is designed with a privacy-first approach. All of your personal data (health preferences, plans, shopping lists, profile photo) is stored exclusively on your device. We do not maintain user accounts, collect email addresses, or store your data on any cloud server. The only data that leaves your device is the health preference information you provide during the weekly check-in, which is sent to Google's Gemini AI (via a secure proxy) to generate your personalized health plan.

The App generates a random device identifier (UUID) that is stored locally on your device. This identifier is used only to distinguish between free and Pro features locally. It is never transmitted to any server.
On-Device Only: All of your personal data is stored exclusively on your iPhone or iPad using the device's local storage. We do not operate any cloud database or server that stores your personal information. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

SilverVitality AI uses Google's Gemini AI to generate personalized weekly health plans. When you complete a weekly check-in, the following information is sent to Google's Gemini AI service:
Important: No personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, phone number, or location) is sent to Google. Only the health preference parameters listed above are transmitted to generate your plan.
Google processes this data according to their privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and their Gemini API terms at https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms.
All requests to Google's Gemini AI are routed through a Cloudflare Worker (a secure proxy server). This ensures that API keys are never exposed in the App's code and that your data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Cloudflare does not store your health data. The App searches YouTube for exercise tutorial and recipe videos relevant to your weekly plan. Only generic search terms (e.g., "seated chair exercises for seniors") are sent to YouTube. No personal health data is included in these searches. YouTube's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Subscription purchases and management are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit 2 (Apple's native subscription framework). We do not process, store, or have access to your payment information. All transaction data is managed by Apple according to their privacy policy at https://www.apple.com/privacy/.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for any purpose.
By using SilverVitality AI and completing the weekly check-in, you consent to having your health preference data (as described in Section 4.1) sent to Google's Gemini AI service for the purpose of generating your personalized health plan. This consent is provided through your active use of the check-in feature.
You can withdraw consent at any time by simply not using the weekly check-in feature. Previously generated plans remain available on your device but no new data will be sent to any external service.
The App's privacy policy is accessible at any time from the Profile screen and the subscription screen within the App.

All of your data is stored on your device and is directly accessible to you within the App. You can view and modify your health preferences, plans, and shopping lists at any time.
You can delete all of your data at any time by deleting the App from your device. Since we do not store your data on any server, no additional deletion request is necessary.
You can stop all data sharing with third-party AI services by simply not using the weekly check-in feature. The App will continue to display previously generated plans stored on your device.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
SilverVitality AI is designed for adults aged 55 and older and is NOT intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
