10. Social Media Platform Data

SocialGenie Pro does NOT connect to your social media accounts.

The App generates content for you to copy and post yourself. We do not:

• Access your social media accounts
• Post content on your behalf
• Collect your social media credentials
• Access your social media followers or connections

11. International Users

SocialGenie Pro is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located.

By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
