• Chat Commands: Processed in real-time and not stored on our servers after processing
• Split History: Stored locally on your device only; deleted when you clear history or uninstall the App

We handle your receipt data with care:

• Receipt photos are sent securely to our API for AI processing
• Receipt images are not stored on our servers after processing is complete
• We do not use your receipts for training AI models

• Split history is stored locally on your device only
• You can delete your split history at any time through the App

11. International Users

SplitSmart AI is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located.

By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
