VibePaper Pro ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered wallpaper generation app.
Information We Collect
- Text Prompts: The text descriptions you provide to generate wallpapers are sent to our server for processing
- Reference Images: If you attach a reference image for style guidance, it is sent to our server for processing
- Usage Data: Generation count to enforce free tier limits (3 generations), stored locally on your device
- Subscription Status: Managed by Apple's StoreKit — we do not store payment information

Third-Party Services
- Google Gemini AI: Your text prompts and reference images are processed by Google's Gemini AI service to generate wallpaper images. Data is transmitted securely via our proxy server and is not stored permanently.
- Apple StoreKit: Subscription and payment management handled entirely by Apple
Data Storage
VibePaper Pro stores all app data locally on your device:
- Generated wallpapers: Saved to your device's local storage
- Custom Style Packs: Saved to your device's local storage
- Preferences and settings: Stored locally via UserDefaults
- Favorites and usage history: Stored locally on your device
We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on external servers. Text prompts and reference images are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently on our servers or by Google.
Data Retention
All app data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. Text prompts and images sent for AI processing are not retained after the generation is complete.
Your Rights
You can delete your locally stored data at any time by:
- Deleting individual wallpapers from your gallery within the app
- Deleting custom Style Packs within the app
- Revoking AI data consent in Settings
- Deleting the app entirely (removes all local data)

Children's Privacy
VibePaper Pro is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
