Flowmynd is an AI-powered executive function coach for adults with ADHD. It is a productivity and focus tool — not a medical app. The core philosophy is shame-free, dopamine-aligned design: no streaks that punish you, no neurotypical assumptions about how you should work.
You log your energy. The app suggests work that fits your brain today. AI helps when you ask for it. Focus sessions adapt to whether you want to work alongside ambient presence or just quiet. Missing a day is data, not failure.
Pick Low, Medium, or Hyperfocus at the start of a session. Flowmynd suggests a contextual task that matches your energy state — no asking you to grind when you have nothing left in the tank.
Type in something that feels too big. Flowmynd’s AI breaks it into 5–15 minute micro-steps, each with a small motivational hook. Designed for ADHD brains that get stuck on the “where do I even start” gap.
Tracks “days shown up out of last 21” — not a breakable streak you’ll get punished for. Missing a day triggers a compassionate AI check-in that asks “what got in the way?” without judgment.
If your focus session crosses 90 minutes of continuous work, Flowmynd surfaces a gentle interrupt to remind you to drink water, stretch, or take a real break. You can disable this in Settings if you prefer.
A focus session timer plus optional ambient sound (Café, Rain, Brown Noise, Lo-fi). Pairs with a minimal “someone else is working too” presence cue — based on the body-doubling technique many ADHD adults find helpful.
A plain-language AI summary of your last 7 days: which energy windows are most productive for you, which session lengths work best, and where consistency dipped. No charts to interpret — just paragraphs.
Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Yes. Every task, focus session, check-in, and weekly report is stored exclusively on your device using Apple’s SwiftData. The only time data leaves your device is when you explicitly use one of the three AI features. You can disable AI in Settings at any time.
It does NOT receive your name, email, location, or any other personal information.
Yes. Flowmynd works as a fully featured energy tracker, focus timer, body-doubling tool, and consistency tracker without AI. You can decline AI consent during setup and still use everything except the three AI features.
Open Flowmynd, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the paywall, or just tap “Upgrade to Pro” — if you already have an active subscription, the app will recognize it.
Only for the three AI features (Task Decomposition, Weekly Report, Compassionate Check-In). All other features — energy check-ins, focus timer, body doubling, consistency grid, settings — work completely offline.
All data is permanently removed. We do not have a backup because we do not store your data on any server.
On the first day of the next calendar month, in your local time zone. You can check the remaining count in the Tasks tab.
Flowmynd is a productivity tool, not a medical or mental health service. Nothing in the app — including AI-generated content — is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Flowmynd is not a substitute for professional ADHD assessment or care.
